Sorry guys, I'm still new to making webpage layouts and made the rather large faux pas of not checking it out in different browsers. As a result I've put the automatic skin back to efiction so that all can see it clearly.

I'll try and fix the mistakes tonight. Thanks for the heads up to those who e-mailed me.

I just wanted to let you know that I'm a new mod here. My job here is to help you authors upload your fics if you feel that you'd rather spend your time writing new fic than uploading already finished fics. All you need to do is send us a mail at submissions@snarry.net containing the textfiles. Don't worry about formatting - we can do that for you.

I've temporarily turned off the skin change option since I'm fiddling around with a new Snarry skin. I still need to fiddle around with the colours and headings but it should be done soon. The new skin will feature pictures of Tasha Neko's Snarry Dolls, and I think it's pretty cool.

My next project will be making a Potterpuffs skin using a commission Biting Moopie offered up. This probably won't be ready for at least 2 weeks though, since I'm going on vacation.

Anyways I hope you enjoy the new skins once they're up.

Ok, now that the holidays are over we're all getting back into the swing of things. To that end we, the mods, have a few announcements to make.

1) We are currently in the process of contacting all of the authors who were formerly a part of Detention, so hopefully the number of fics archived here will go up.

2) We would also like to offer help in uploading fics to anyone who would like it. We realize that it can sometimes be tedious to post your fics and make sure they are properly formated, so if you would like help, please feel free to contact us.

Hello! I figured I'd just post a little note saying I'm a new editor around here and will be helping Paraka with the fic submissions. I'm a huge Snarry fan and now I actually have a reason to do nothing but sit at the computer and read fics! Hopefully we'll be speeding up on getting the fics submitted faster. I'll try really hard to update every day, especially here at the beginning with all the fics being submitted at one time.

Some people have asked me how long their fics need to wait in the queue. At the moment there's a high volume of submissions as you can imagine, so it will probably take a bit longer then it will in the future, but I'm working my way through them I promise.

I'm also in the process of interviewing people to take on the job of editor, so that'll speed things up.

 As for how often we'll be updating in the future. I can't promise anything at the moment, but knowing myself I'd say it'd be on a daily basis. I currently have way more time on my hands then anyone with 2 jobs has a right to, so I'll likely be checking on a daily basis, and my editors will do so when they are able.

 Please keep submitting, even if they aren't showing right away!

As of 3:30 EST Snarry.net is officially open. We're still waiting on the custom layout, but it's coming soon. If there are any artists out there who would like to see their art as part of the layout, please let me know.

Other then that, please start submitting your fic so that we can all get back to our regularly scheduled reading!
